Effective July 1, 2022 (adopted by the Office of Cannabis Policy June 1, 2022)
The Office of Cannabis Policy has completed final adoption of the rules to establish a regulatory framework governing adult use, also known as recreational, cannabis in Maine. The rule appears in the Code of Maine Rules as Adult Use Adopted Rules 7.1.22.
Both the major substantive and routine technical portions of this rule are in effect July 1, 2022. A copy of the adopted rule appears immediately below.
